At ZAMAN COFFEE, we believe the best moments aren't rushed. They're shared over a thoughtfully brewed cup, good conversation, and the simple pleasure of being present.

Founded by husband-and-wife team Ashraf Azar and Zainab Alsmadi, ZAMAN combines generations of coffee tradition with a passion for exceptional specialty coffee. Every coffee is carefully sourced and roasted in small monthly batches to celebrate the unique character of its origin.

At ZAMAN COFFEE, our family is at the heart of everything we do. The values that shape our family are the same values that shape our business—patience, discipline, perseverance, generosity, gratitude, and connection. Inspired by our faith, heritage, and family, we believe the most meaningful things in life are built with time, care, and intention.

Our family has spent years on the judo mats together, teaching us respect, humility, resilience, and the value of showing up every day. Those lessons continue to guide how we live, work, and serve our community.

Our youngest son reminds us every day that strength takes many forms. Through him, we've learned resilience, compassion, patience, and the importance of celebrating every small victory. Together, our children inspire the heart of ZAMAN, reminding us that the moments we share—and the people we share them with—are what truly matter.
