Shipping policy

We aim to deliver or ship your bags of fresh coffee within 3 business days. There may be a slight delay beyond the 3 business days if we are waiting to roast a new batch of coffee! This may mean a 1 to 2 day delay beyond the 3 business days, but it also means you are guaranteed the freshest of coffee beans! We will notify our customers if there is ever a delay due to roasting scheduling. 

Any delays due to the postal services are out of our control. Please allow 3 to 4 weeks for your coffee to arrive before contacting us about any delays and we will be happy to rectify any issues that arise from delayed shipping that is within our control.
