Refund policy
We want all of our customers to love their coffee so if you are not 100% satisfied with your morning cup please contact us at support@zamancoffee.com and we will make it right either by offering a refund (minus shipping) or by sending you a new fresh bag of roasted coffee.
Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your bag of coffee.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If you are requesting a refund and it is approved by us, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
